Saks Playvox change management rollout

 
 

Summary:

Saks rolled out their new workforce management tool, Playvox, so agents could manage their schedules, plan time off, and see their performance metrics. It was important that agents use this tool to create a consistent approach to managing their day-to-day workload. To achieve this I created a robust roll out campaign that included an intro video, a take away guide, and team lead facilitation that contributed to early adoption and a successful rollout.
