Summary:

For my Google Forms project I have decided to create a blended learning solution that focuses on the 3 main steps for creating a quiz. The steps are Selecting the Correct Settings, Adding Questions and Modifying Their Formats, and Previewing and Assigning Quiz Content. The deliverables for the project are:

1 - 4 page course that includes a simulation based strategy

2 - Instructional video (integrated into the course) about creating and modifying question types

3 - A storyboard that was created as a development guide for the course

4 - Job Aid - one page guide around the three main steps and links to resources
