Summary:

Staples needed an engaging quiz game as part of their coaching program. This project required me to review foundational materials and work with SMEs, build a game that provides a framework for recall, and integrate real life scenarios. This example focused on “conveying advocacy”. Agents would work through a series of recall questions and then build on those by working through scenarios. These scenarios would ask the agent how they could have done it better and then identify the skills that corresponded with their responses.
