Summary:

This course was designed to teach Fresh Express plant tour guides the information they need to deliver and an engaging tour experience. This course included a custom designed user interface, animations, and an assessment that tests the learners retention of the necessary information. I was responsible for working with SMEs to identify learning methodologies, write assessments, and design course functionality.
